We pinched this idea off someone on LinkedIn (whoever you are, thanks 👀).
We asked AI to describe our founder Kerry and Beam Recruit expecting the usual generic answer.
But it was actually spot on.
A “relationship-led, values-driven recruiter focused on trust, quality over volume, and long-term partnerships with SMEs.”
It described a business built on:
➡️Trust
➡️Relationships
➡️Quality over volume
➡️Working with SMEs
➡️Reputation for honesty
Which, to be fair, is exactly what we’ve always tried to build.
Recruitment can feel pretty transactional at times. CVs flying back and forth, quick wins, little thought about long-term fit and just a ‘bum on a seat’.
That’s never really been our way.
Most of the businesses we work with don’t want volume they want the right person. Someone who fits, adds value, and stays.
So yes AI got it right this time.
(And in the spirit of honesty yes, it helped with the image too.)
Nice to know that even with all the tech, that the human side of recruitment is what really counts.
