A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the second Employer Survival Guide seminar Friday.
What we enjoyed most this time around was how interactive it became.
Rather than us simply talking through the latest employment law changes, the room was full of honest conversations, practical questions and real workplace situations.
Together we explored simple, practical solutions that people could take away and use straight away.
What was lovely to see was that people weren’t just listening. They were sharing ideas, asking questions, learning from each other’s experiences and helping each another.
That’s exactly what we hoped these sessions would be.
A big thank you to Justin and everyone at Firwood Waterloo Rugby Club for making us feel so welcome, and to the brilliant Eva Ragoo for capturing the day so perfectly.
It’s also been a pleasure working alongside Dan Wilbeck, Jennie Detheridge ( or should I say Dennie) and David Du-Feu over the past six months.
Each bringing different perspectives, but together able to give businesses practical, joined-up advice that we hope makes a real difference.
Finally, thank you to everyone who came along, shared your experiences and got involved. We’re already looking forward to the next one.
