It has been 6 months since I made that brave leap and set up Beam Recruit, it has been both the scariest and most exciting time in my career.
Time goes so fast and it was going to be now or never, hearing myself every year saying why don’t I do this for myself, my poor husband getting sick of my moaning, so I went and did it!
I am so glad I took those words of encouragement from my family, friends, ex-colleagues and clients; you all know who you are. There have been a few bumps in the road with some ups and downs, but I wouldn’t change it for the world, as corny as it sounds it’s the most empowering thing I have ever done.
I don’t want this to be a cringey post to big up how great it has been and how wonderful I am, it is to say a great BIG THANK YOU to all those wonderful businesses and candidates who have made this journey possible
