What a fantastic start to the morning! and what better way to celebrate National Youth Work Week than attending the launch of Golden Opportunity with the amazing team at Vibe
We’ve said it before, but Vibe really is one of Liverpool’s best-kept secrets. Such a hidden gem of a charity, doing incredible things for young people across our city.
Paul Oginsky words really struck a chord. We all have a part to play in getting behind our young people, our future generation. Giving them opportunities, a sense of purpose, somewhere to belong and, most importantly, making them feel valued.
And then there was Sasha Hignett. Your story absolutely blew us away. From starting your journey as a young person supported by Vibe to now working for the charity and studying for your degree in Youth Work. What an incredible journey and what an inspiration! 🧡
Who better to support and inspire the next generation than someone who has experienced first-hand the difference Vibe can make.
A huge thank you to Jayne Lunt for the invitation. We came away feeling genuinely inspired by the people, the passion and the difference this charity is making.
But here’s the thing. Charities like Vibe shouldn’t be our city’s best-kept secret.
We have an amazing business community here in Liverpool, and we would love to see more businesses getting behind organisations like Vibe.
Whether that’s giving your time, sharing your expertise, opening doors or simply helping spread the word. We can all play a part.
Our young people are our future, and surely investing in them is one of the best things we can do.
