The Role
This is a high-level Executive Assistant position suited to someone who operates with confidence, discretion, and precision. You will take full ownership of executive support, anticipating needs and operating as a true right-hand.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Full management of a complex and ever-changing CEO diary
  • Coordinating international travel and detailed itineraries across multiple time zones
  • Preparing for and organising board and senior leadership meetings
  • Producing high-quality reports, documents, and presentations
  • Acting as a key liaison between the CEO, Directors, and internal/external stakeholders
  • Managing confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion
  • Bringing structure, organisation, and efficiency to a fast-moving environment

About You

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives within a fast-paced environment (SME experience advantageous)
  • Professional, and confident in dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to operate with autonomy
  • A natural ability to anticipate needs and add value at senior level
