Role

You will join a newly appointed team of Accounts Payable professionals, providing AP admin support, here is a snapshot of some of your duties:-

• Inputting volume invoices on a daily basis
• Coding and matching PO & GRN
• Dealing with queries
• Rota dealing with inbox AP queries

Experience

• You will have a proven track record within an accounts payable function , however not essential.
• If you are keen, organised, with a drive to learn then this could be the job for you!
• A good working knowledge of Word & Excel.
• Attention to detail with a proactive approach.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
