What is expected?

You will provide HR support to the team being first point of contact for all employees across the group at Head Office and also nationally .

Here is a snapshot of some of the key areas of responsibility :-

  • Assist with recruitment and selection
  • On-boarding and induction
  • Preparing hours for monthly payroll
  • New starter and leaver administration
  • HR queries from heads of departments

What would make you a perfect fit?

Not  being afraid to ‘roll your sleeves up’ and get involved ,with a passion to demonstrate the organisations values is super important with a passion for continual improvement & standards.

  • Experience of working in a recruitment/HR setting is essential
  • Ability to communicate well with confidentially being super important
  • Experience of working in an HE or education setting would be advantageous but not essential.
