What is expected?

You will report into the CEO  who leads from the front. This is a superb opportunity for a retail  professional looking to join an organisation with a heart whose values demonstrate passion in what they do.

You will head up the commercial led arm of the charity with a strong focus on trading strategies along with developing and implementing operational plans. You will drive and implement a sales strategy to ensure sustainability and growth.

You will be responsible for 7 existing retail sites with exciting plans to open a further 4 within the next 12 months.

You will support the wider trading teams in areas such as; pricing , stock rotation, merchandising , listings, training and point of sale processes.

Leading from the front, not afraid to ‘roll your sleeves up’ and get involved ,with a passion to demonstrate the organisations values is super important.

Having that passion to drive and grow the business is key with a sales focus.

A strong background in a retail & operations with people management experience is crucial.

What’s on offer for you

  • £30,000-40,000 per annum
