What would make you a perfect fit?

You will report into an experienced Finance Director who leads from the front with a strong commercial and strategic ethos.

This is a high-profile role within the organisation supporting board members, operational teams and junior finance reports during an ambitious growth period.

The main focus for this role will be balancing strategic and commercial input along with hands-on financial reporting on a day to day basis.  The aim will be to turn data into recommendations with insights and support to senior leadership teams and guide financial decisions.  It will be key to build strong relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders based on trust and communication.

You will offer a business partnering relationship with stake holders to assist with cost drivers and efficiency savings.

Proven exposure within a Finance Business Partner role is essential, along with being ACA/ACCA /CIMA post qualified. Strong Excel skills are a must with the ability to manage your own workload and 2 junior members of staff.  Social Housing experience would be an advantage but not essential.

What’s on offer for you
