What would make you a perfect fit?
Commercial acumen in a management accounts /finance business partner setting is crucial to this role. Financial performance sales analysis is essential with the ability to look at the ‘bigger picture’ when reporting on your findings. Variance analysis of actual against budget is a pivotal part of the role along with providing commercial commentary working closely with budget holders. You will have a proactive hands on approach with a determination to go that extra mile.
You will provide commercial support to the senior management team with the ability to challenge the wider business on any areas of commercial improvement along with implementing recommendations to drive increased profitability.
You will manage the development of a small growing team offering coaching and mentoring.
Ideally ACA/ACCA /CIMA Qualified .
