Role

You will be based in the customer service team predominately working with larger clients providing a 1st class service in a professional and efficient manner. You will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and queries along with providing admin support. It will be 60% customer led and 40% admin. It is a varied, busy and deadline driven role with the ability to challenge when required.

Experience

It is essential that you have experience in an office setting dealing with external customers in a polite and professional manager

You will be proficient in Word and Excel
