Role

You will report to a supportive and experienced manager who will help you develop in your career path. You will be based in the customer service team providing 1^st class service in a professional and efficient manner. 80 % of your interactions will be via incoming calls & queries. You will be the first point of contact for new customers with the ability to provide a warm, engaging and professional service.

The role is  compliance led  with a strong focus on attention to detail needed when checking  application packs, new starter detail such as; bank details, proof of right to work in the UK, qualifications checks and signed contracts.

Experience

It is essential that you have experience in an office setting dealing with external customers in a polite and professional manager

Open to applicants who have come from a retail customer facing background

You will be proficient in Word and Excel
